This world. All of us, individually and collectively, would truly know peace if each of us were grateful for every one, every thing, every moment we have.
It is hard to be upset and negative when we thank God for every second we have.
If we were to appreciate what we already possess, and have in our lives, we would all know a peace that transcends all understanding.
When we are not thankful for what we already have, we cannot be pleased or content with anything more.
We already have everything we need.
Be grateful for every one and every thing you have in this moment. Pay attention and see all the blessings there are in this moment. Then, repeat with the next.
This is how we can all know peace.
Journal your thoughts.
Count your blessings in your journal.
