Why am I sharing the stories of my reading, praying, thinking, meditating, and journaling through the Bible?

I am sharing my stories of going through the Bible because I know I am not the only one who wants to read through the Bible, but finds it a challenge and finds it quite rewarding. 

I learn more through hearing and reading stories than I do by the just-the-facts approach. There is a reason why Jesus taught in parables. This is why.

I hope to give you some thought to ponder as you make your way through the Bible yourself.
